Refund and Exchange policy

Measurements Responsibility

For all custom orders, clients are required to provide their own measurements. If there is any issue with sizing or fitting after delivery due to incorrect measurements provided by the client, no refund or return will be issued.

Damage or Wrong Product

If there is any damage from our side—such as a broken prop, torn fabric, or an incorrect item delivered—we will offer a full refund or exchange. In such cases, the client must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.

Mockup Delay

If we fail to send the design mockup within one month from the date of order, the client is eligible for a full refund.
